Getting started

Four steps

Add the equipment — both yards
Pick a type for each machine — excavator, crane, truck, pump, and so on; each type gets its own check list
Load the dates you already have — registrations, annual inspections, anything with a deadline
Add the crew — a name and a 4-digit code each
